Sri Lankan Radish Sambol

Yield: 2-3 pax

Cook time: 10 minutes

Instructions:

1/2 large daikon radish julienned
1/2 red onion sliced
3 green chili thinly sliced
1/2 tomato sliced
Salted water
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp dried fish flakes (maldive fish)
1/2 tbsp chili flakes
Salt
Juice of 1 lime

Instructions:

On a salad bowl, mix everything but the lime. When ready to serve, squeeze the lime, mix well with your hands and serve.
